Welcome! This is the place to sign up for Forest Hills Field Hockey's middle school programs for grades 5-8.

As a club program, registration is open to players from any school district. Our aim is to offer two practices and one game each week, providing flexibility for players to participate in other activities during the season. Most practices will be during shared time with our high school teams at Forest Hills Central High School at the Lower Turf (next to the stadium, closer to the Middle School).

Locally, games will be played against teams from East Grand Rapids and Rockford, with a couple of games with teams from the Ann Arbor/Detroit areas. The big event of the season is the Middle School Challenge at Dexter. Please see our full activity calendar here.

USA FIELD HOCKEY MEMBERSHIP: For insurance purposes, all players must be active members of USA Field Hockey. USAFH membership provides additional benefits, and is also required to participate in many offseason events/programs with other organizations. If you do not have a membership, you may leave this blank for now, but will be required to provide the membership number before participating in activities. The cost of membership is $30 and it lasts for a full year.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Our club has never turned a player away due to financial need. Families are encouraged to check out programs such as Every Kid Sports, which offers assistance with a wide variety of sports programs. Scholarships are approved by the board based on the number of requests each season. Reach out to [email protected] with questions.
