Summer Adult League 2025

Join us for an afternoon of fun outdoor hockey Sundays from 7:00-8:00 throughout the Summer.

Location: Forest Hills Central Lower Turf , 5901 Hall St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546

Dates: June 1, 8, 15, 29th and July 6, 13, 20, 27 and August 3rd.

Times: 7:00-8:00PM

We will split into teams and scrimmage. Anyone 18+ is welcome to join.

All experience levels welcome!

A USA Field Hockey Membership is REQUIRED in order to register. All players must have a USA Field Hockey membership. This is $30/year and you may register at https://www.usafieldhockey.com/types-of-membership . This covers Forest Hills Field Hockey for insurance/liability.

Our registration charge is only to cover our cost for play and field time.

Summer Skills/Scrimmage Sessions

When: Sundays throughout the Summer, June-July (June 1, 8, 15, 29 and July 13, 20, 27)

Time: 5:30-7:00pm

Location: Forest Hills Central Lower Turf; 5901 Hall St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546

Cost: $10 per individual Sunday (there are 7 sessions in all) or $60 for all 7 sessions. USA field hockey membership is required for registration. Participants may register by session or for all.

Skill Level: All skill levels are welcome, beginner to experienced

What: Summer Skills Section will include 30 minutes of focused skill instruction, followed by 1 hour of scrimmaging. All incoming 9th-12th graders are welcome to participate. Each Sunday will focus on a different skill.

6/8: Forward and Reverse Sweeps

6/15: Drive Hits

6/22: No session

6/29: Forward and Reverse Sweeps Session #2

7/6: No session

7/13: Chop/Choke Hits

State Games of Michigan 2025

The State Games are a fun event for athletes in numerous sports from all over Michigan, and kick off with the Opening Ceremonies on Friday evening, June 20th. The tournament will be at Rockford High School on Sunday, June 22nd, 2025.

Here is information on the competition:

High school (7v7 tournament play) - Girls who will be entering 9th grade next fall through just-graduated seniors.

Sign-ups are first come, first serve.

State Games Online Additional Waiver

Each participant is required to sign an additional waiver of liability form through State Games.
